Registering and Becoming an Affiliate Member

• Applicants must first sign-up for a ninhao account, and once accepted must fill out an “Affiliate Membership” application form.
• Within one work day ninhao will process the application, and will personally contact the applicant through a letter or telephone call.
• Once the applicant has received notice of their verification as affiliate members, they are given access to check upon their commission status.

Installing the "Ad Code" and Inquiring about Profits

• If the applicants have no objections to the terms and rules of the Affiliate Program and its compensation policy, then they can select an appropriate advertisement to copy for their website and add the code to the specific web page. According to the market situation, ninhao will provide the affiliate member with a discount towards the purchase of ninhao products of which ninhao retains the right to adjust this discount accordingly as it sees fit. Prior to changing this Affiliate member discount, ninhao will inform the affiliate member with an e-mail.
• ninhao offers many different kinds of advertising; an affiliate member may copy an ad code and install it upon their own website, blog, Facebook page, twitter feed, or e-mail amongst example. Furthermore, an affiliate may contact the marketing department to customize their own advertisement.
• No matter which user uses the promotional code on the affiliate website to purchase ninhao products, the commission will always go towards the affiliate.
• Affiliates may inquire and verify the amount of their commissions on their account at any time.

Detailed Rules and Regulations Regarding the Calculation of the Rebate Reimbursement

• An affiliate is responsible for paying all relevant handling and service charges of associated financial institutions as well as the required taxes mandated by your local and national government on all rebate reimbursements.
• The affiliate will receive a special commission upon new ninhao registered users referred by the affiliate that have made purchases within the first month.
• Calculating the Amount of Commission earned by each Affiliate
  Eg. In the case where the original price of a ninhao product is 100$, the Affiliate discount is 10% (meaning the original price is discount to 90% of its original value), and where the Affiliate has a commission rate of 30%, then the final commission that the Affiliate will receive is：$100*0.9*0.3=$27.
• The rate of commission for the rebate passed on to the affiliate can be easily categorized into either Group A or B (as seen in the following chart) in which the amount of sales will determine the percentage of commission.

• Three months to the date afterwards, ninhao will send out each month’s commission for the applicable referral fee on a monthly basis; this amount will only be paid out if the total amount earned by the end of the previous month is at or above the $100 payout minimum, otherwise the payment will wait until the next cycle to be sent.
• If a purchased ninhao product that has been discounted with a rebate that has been given to the affiliate is later returned by the customer, this referral fee will be deducted from the next monthly payment sent to the Participant.
